I think it's the Pantech C3. Cingular (the new AT&T) has it.

If you want a ridiculously small phone, look for some of the older Panasonic phones. My girlfriend's dad has one that he wears around his neck like Flavor Flav... it's SO small.

However, if you want to activate one of those, you'll probably find it to be a bit expensive, and you'll have to go to one of those generic corner shops to use it.
