Yes.
Some artists like Muse allows you to download their songs free, but they have some policy on it, you have to read it before downloading. Note that the song usually taken from their tour or concert, so you may dissapointed if you wish get an -in album- song.

Some illegal site provides thousands song to download, you can search it in google or yahoo, but ITS ILLEGAL!

there are numerous amount of p2p softwares all around the world.. but i dont think discussion them or mentioning them is legal here i think u got ur clue :)

there are a very few legal sites, but they are mostly unsigned artists and unreleased tracks. usually not something you would be looking for anyway. now if you are not concerned about legality..............
