they might, yet while it particularly basically non everlasting (a month or so) it ought to be a waste of money to flow decrease back to court docket, because of the fact the 2nd the youngster is decrease back in finished custody with the custodial determine, the youngster help starts decrease back up returned. in case you count huge variety court docket expenses and such, might nicely be greater handy just to communicate to the non-custodial determine approximately struggling with baby help in the meanwhile and resuming it as quickly as issues are decrease back so as. Shoot, via the time you get to the court docket date, the youngster might nicely be decrease back already, lol. If the custodial determine has the same opinion, have him/her sign a settlement announcing basically that.

Unfortunatly not. You must obtain a court order, and then it would be a periodic check-up. They might also have you tested all on your own dime. The system doesn't seem to work for the good parent.

Call his work and anonymously suggest they drug test him. I don't think you can get the court to drug test him without filing a court order.

I would think this would take a couple months, but I guess you can ask your attorney and see if he/she can get this done for you. I would think you would have to pay for it.
It sounds easy but nothing is easy in these custody battles.
Good luck

Be careful in asking the father of your children to do this. It could come back and haunt you.

You can request that the judge make this a provision of the custody
but I don't know if he will do it or not....I doubt he will....
