I'm having alot of problems with my internet explorer 6. I've cleared the cache, virus scanned, spyware scanned, ran through troubleshooting, and nothing seems to help. Several people have suggested that I remove internet explorer then reinstall it. So this is what I've tried:

Control Panel; Add/Remove Programs; Add/Remove Windows Components, Uncheck Internet Explorer, Next, Finish.

However, when I navigate back to Microsoft's site to try and d/l Internet Explorer, it says I already have those updates installed.

What am I missing? My browser has been horrible the past two days and I don't know what the problem could be. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks.

Try downloading and installing the Google version of IE7, it will fix many problems if your IE 6 has issues!

It's a direct download so if Windows Update is acting up you can use it without problems!
