My wife likes them as they can be very accurate of course as with normal astrology not all individuals can be read exactly like them.
My wife has done 4 peoples chinese astrology birth charts with the aid of a folder of information that she has.
It has a whole lot more to do with it then just the animal sign though.
My wife is a Rat and i am a Pig and like i said most of it is true however there are some aspects that dont match - such as patience for my wife!!! Lol.

Don't know what I am supposed to be, but I hope it's a rabbit...they knew how to love...so I am told.
Maybe I should learn more about astrology. It's an area I know nothing about. My feeling leans towards skepticism, and would rather believe in you, than some unknown behind a chart.

I'm a goat in Chinese and yes I thought it seemed very accurate. Put it this way, there is no way I could fit the Rat or Tiger or Ox or Dragon descriptions because they are just not me but they are like the people I know who are those signs.
What's your Chinese sign by the way?

Astrology, Chinese or otherwise has no basis in fact.
It is just a scam.
Read it and smile, but don't put any stock in it.

I am a tiger in chinese astrology and a taurean in normal astrology and both these characters have traits that are similar. I think i am like them both but it could be coincidental.
I think that we become more aware of astrological traits as we get older and we notice these qualities in ourselves more.

It's a load of tosh :)
Try this: pick any other chinese "sign" -- now go read the description...I'll bet you'll find just as much agreement with your personality as you did with "your" sign.
There is no evidence of any kind that any sort of astrology has anything to do with the real world. The descriptions and predictions are so general that they can apply to anyone, and to any event.
This is very easy to prove to yourself.

I'm the sign of the pig, which of course I was a little insulted at first but when I read it it seems to be pretty accurate. However I don't think they are meant to say that that is exactly the way you are or how you think it's just somewhat like you, everyone is different.

You know, those christians in china now are all underground, persecuted, jailed, and even killed for their faith? You don't have to share it but denying that gods presence is there if you don't believe in him anyway... Why show such disrespect? What do you gain from it?
