no - the only ways you can make a left from a stoplight are if there is a green arrow or a green light with a sign on the light that states "yield on green" a red arrow indicates "no turning"

Most signs will state yeild on green (round) to turn left. your heading "Can you tern Left on a red turn arrow?" you cannot turn left on a red light at all, not even onto a one way street. Got a ticket that way.

Generally, no. Rules are variable in different states, countries but I know of nowhere that you can cross into oncoming traffic on a red arrow.

Depends on what state you are in. In Delaware you can turn left on a Red FLASHING arrow only if its clear to do so. If its not flashing then your in trouble if you do turn on it. So it depends on your states law about it.

good, i won't have the ability to write with my left hand in any respect! yet I do loads of issues with my left hand, curiously i'm left hand eye co-ordinated. Or good, whichever is the alternative of what good handers could be! I open doors, carry luggage and do maximum stuff with my left hand.
