A slap on the wrist for STEALING files from the National Archives?

Are you kidding me?? Funny that the prosecutor who took him to court now works for Sandy Berger's firm!

What should have been done in your opinion?

And knowing that he took these files, how can we trust what the 9/11 Commision reported as fact about 9/11 when the National Archives doesn't even have a full account of what he stole??

I feel sorry for all of the victim's families who still don't know the truth!

When are people going to realize that both Democrats and Republicans are equally corrupt and both get away with stuff like this all the time?"

Never in the history of the United States have we EVER had to deal with an event like 9/11. I would think you would want justice to prevail in this situation reguardless of their political status.....

That man should be put in prison now. I don't care who you are. No one is so "sloppy" that they don't realize they're stuffing classified documents down their pants. Sadly, he will never be brought to justice in our current political climate.

Wish the IRS would forget about me the way the DOJ let Sandy slip.

Seriously, if he had been sentenced appropriately for his crimes, then it would have set a precedent.

This is why he only got 'slapped'

No. He punishment was too harsh. Since he is a Dem, he should not be prosecuted. Only Republicans should be prosecuted.
