Absolutely, but it is somewhat sutile. I watched the news for years and until someone pointed it out I had not noticed.
One way is if a Democrat is caught in wrong doing the fact he is a Democrat is not mentioned or mentioned in passing. If a Republican is caught he is identified as " Republican (title) (name)". The Democrat is referred to as (name) then his position or the fact that he is a Democrat may or may not be mentioned later in the story.
Even if they are caught in the same wrong doing what the Democrat did is discussed as an excusable mistake, while the Republican wrong doing is discribed as almost criminal.

Just watch FOX news. They held a witch hunt on Clinton for all 8 yrs in his office. FOX these days sees no wrong doings by any republicans. Ever. If there is a major story about corruption of a Republican it's so down plaid like it's not a real big issue and the "liberal" media is "out to get them".

When you consider that the mainstream media is owned and operated by right-wing controlled pentopoly of mega corporations, 2 of which are foriegn, you have to come to the logical conclusion that the news we get is extremely one sided and intended to keep us misinformed and stupid. johns.net for truth
