My mom said a woman matures when her testicles fall off, but she was a bit strange to begin with.

What makes a woman mature? Well...anything from experience, to situations in life! The way a person handles things in life, whether she is reliable, stable, dependable, are all pointers.
Well even as a kid, the most common feedback about me was, that I'm mature! What gave others that impression? Well many till date say, its the particular look I give others, very wise - beyond my years look. Also, my ability to adapt, make wise choices, give advice, professionalism, diplomacy, and so on.

Time and experience make a woman mature. A mature woman is confident, patient and consistent. We're not easily excited or shaken. We can wait and watch. We don't let our feelings and thoughts flow from us on a whim. You'll know you're mature when you overhear young women speaking to each other from the heart and you think, "Wow. I know I used to feel that way, but did I ever really sound that naive?" That's my opinion anyway.

i think age doesn't really matter
i think a woman can be mature because of the way she thinks ..the way she looks at others and face her problems with calm and focus..
i think some women tend to become mature faster than other woman due to some things like problems they had to face and wich made them stronger and deeper..
by the way ...i don't see many woman mature...even men!...nowadays everyone has so many things missing him ...i believe so..

On Rachel Ray yesterday, I saw men talking about what they liked in a woman and it was confidence. That is something that comes with maturity and knowing who you are.
