I don't have time to see the doctor as I am working full time and self employed and moving house and my ex has run away so he's of no support. Anyway is this just a temporary stress thing for moving house and sorting out mortgages, lawyers, flooring and so on, or is this something to be genuinely concerned about. Running off to the doctor at a nose bleed seems a bit unneccessary. Lets face it the NHS need their appointments for people dying or terminally ill not nose bleeds.

As all the stress you are under i is possibly a good idea to see your dr.From personal experience the nose bleeds could be a sign of high blood pressure which can be dangerous in pregnancy, sadly for me it was and my daughter was stillborn at 39weeks.No matter what is going on in your life the baby should get regular check ups you can't afford to be complacent about what is happening to your body.
I hope everything goes well for you but please check up with a medical professional, you can never be too careful whilst pregnant.
Not trying to scare you but also hate that someone else could suffer like we have.

Go to the doctor. The cramps could mean you are in early labour or the baby is in distress. You are over 6 months pregnant. I know you probably think you have a while to go...but babies can be born 2 months early.

I was born two months early, my mother had stomach cramps...told by a stupid part time GP that she had eaten something that didn't agree with her. In fact she was in labour early, I was in distress. My mother has herdeitary hypertension or high blood pressure. I was in distress cause her blood pressure was out of control and to top that she was starting to have toxiemia.

That was on the tuesday...by Wednesday night the pains got worse and ended up in a coma that night when she was taken to hospital. My mother by this stage had developed pre-eclapceia and was on the danger list, they thought she was going to die.

Therefore I was born my emergency ceaserian section on 10.00 thusday morning.

In short....GO TO THE DOCTOR....if not the result may mean serious illness for baby or even fatal for you both. GET YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKED NOW. If there is a problem it will develop fast and could be extemely serious

Please take heed...you and the baby are the most important thing at the moment - to hell with everything else !! PLEASE GO AND SEEK MEDICAL HELP!

Nose bleeds are completely normal during pregnancy, I have had them with all 3, lol
As for the cramps, that could be a lot of things. Probably too much stress. Try taking tylenol, a warm (not hot) bath, and get lots of rest. If they get worse it could be a sign of braxton hicks, or preterm labor. You need to atleast talk to the dr. about the cramps if nothing else works. 30weeks is a good time to start worrying about preterm labor, so you need to relax. That will do wonders.

I'm not sure about the nose bleeds that can be caused by anything including pregnancy factors but I know the cramping is normal because your uterus is growing with the baby and its stretching. If it gets unbearable I would defiantly go to the doctor.

on the top of the day, you have seen attempting and all people can do is grant their opinion and journey in this occasion. in my view, i does no longer abort as i do no longer see Down's syndrome as a extreme adequate incapacity to justify it. In yet another 2 weeks, your infant is attainable and stands a competent risk of survival outdoors of the womb. a number of toddlers have survived in neonatal extensive care gadgets from 22 weeks gestation onwards. together as there are some well-being issues each and every so often linked with the syndrome, quite some Downs babies stay extremely happy lives. i've got customary a number of in my existence and that i will fairly say that they have got been lots happier than lots of the unaffected babies i be attentive to. they're additionally very loving. My mum is attentive to a Downs female in her late 1920s who's fairly an actress and has her very own residence. i might advise you consult with a counsellor until eventually now doing something drastic as they're independent and can grant some rather sturdy suggestion. to boot to this, you ought to circulate and spot your physician and locate out what looking after a baby with Downs fairly includes. on the top of the day, this remains your infant. Abortion isn't something to be taken gently and could reason you everlasting psychological injury. in case you establish to proceed inclusive of your being pregnant, whether that's puzzling or no longer, you will adjust to having a baby who desires somewhat better care. i'm hoping you be waiting to realize a determination which you're happy with and need you each and every and all the terrific for the destiny.

Please, phone NHS direct. 0845 4647. At least that way you can speak to a professional, confidentially, and get good advice -- not just on whether you need to worry but also on how to ease the symptoms.
Do you mean tummy cramps or leg cramps? Leg cramps are miserable, but terribly common during pregnancy. Tummy cramps may just be Braxton-Hicks ("practice") cramps but it'd be good to get those checked.

Fingers crossed for you! :)

Both of these things are common in pregnancy and not really a cause for concern. Try doing calf stretches to help your cramps, particularly before you go to bed.
And try to take it easy as much as you can - you are going to exhaust yourself if you are not careful.
