if you have .6666666667 ..(changing this to percent) would it be
66.6% or 67%..? also would the stopping line go over all the 6's in 66.6 or just one 6?

depends on how much accuracy youre looking for...
you could go 66.7% or 67%
and the line is over one 6 only
