must have been the old lady in strange town. Yes it can be done using boolprop cheat and the tree of life or you can download a buyable tree of life at modthesims2 - I have used it but found it really slows the game down so I insert it in downloads only when I need it.

I don't think you can make your sim do that! is this a sim that you created or one of the ones that comes already in the game, cause i know sometimes the ones in the game already have some strange qualities.

That must be the old woman living with her niece in Strangetown or someone in Pleasentville.., but other than the designers enabling that I don't think that you can naturally do that, without cheats of course...

I know your sim can also have babies by Grimmy, too, using the Inseminator.
