Girls, what kind of soap do you find works best when washing your kitty?

Some neutral soap, you need some which don't mess with your "kitty's" pH... that's your natural acidity.... any changes in this acidity have effects on discharges etc.. they all cause reactions, try to avoid scented soaps... they all alter the vagina environment.

Dove sensitive skin. I always use odor-dye free soap for sentitive skin when washing this area. You want to be careful because anything strong can dry out the area and cause infections, etc.

I would use an antibacterial soap, like Dial.
Or you can even use a feminine wash like Summers Eve - not douche, but the feminine wash.

I agree, Dove is the best. Stay away from Ivory Soap, it is very irritating!

I use Oil of Olay with Shea Butter for Extra Dry Skin. I use it all over in the shower, and it works especially well for shaving too....

any femme wash as long as its low in pH during regular days & try betadine femme wash during periods

you can also try washing you kitty with toothpaste during period these will minimize the smelly odor during periods ( not advisable for everyday use )

i use any soap just dont lather too much, or leave it on for a long period of time, just something mild, like dove

Lysol works terrific when diluted 2:1 with Clorox. Very sanitary and no lingering odors to be self-conscious about.
