Maybe, in a 150 years, if Iraqis pick themselves up, they may consider dubya as the father of the beginning of their journey...Let's hope for the best. Right now, I don't see it coming. I love how people who have never done a single thing criticize the Nobel. Too funny!

Not likely. Al Gore seems to have been though, which is dumb because global warming has nothing to do with peace. Now a Nobel Nature Prize or something... that would be better for him.

I think he already was in 2004 or was that his dad?

Seeing that candidiates that are nominated but don't win are usually known only to the candidates themselves we may never know. When a candidate is nominated they usually keep it to themselves after all LOTS of people are but in the case of famous people they usually like to brag about it or to the lesser extreme not mention it at all.

For the lesser known nominees there is a 50 year wait until their names are released.

then someone will say "lets nominate hitler" and finally the chairman will say, "now, now, lets stop with the jokes and get on to real business".

Who would want it?

After it's been given to idiots like Carter or terrorists like Arafat, it's become too tarnished to be regarded as an honor.
