Its colostrum, or pre-milk. Your real milk will come after the baby is born. Best of luck!

Don't worry about it during the pregnancy. Some women leak, and some don't. But it will go away when you get farther along because your milk doesn't come in until a few days after the baby is born, and it doesn't come in real good until day 3. So it may be water or collustrum. So you are right, it doesn't come in until the baby is born, but that's just something that happens in some women. I didn't leak out, but my sister did. So don't worry. it might be a good idea to purchase some nursing pads to prevent the leakage though. Good luck.

I was fully engorged by my 5th month and had to pump the milk or I would have exploded. It happens all the time. I had to get disposable breast pads to keep from soaking my bras and shirts, too.
If anyone tells you it's abnormal or that you should go to the doctor, don't listen to them. It is your breastmilk and it's already here. Lactating during pregnancy is no reason to see your OB/gyn. Take care of it yourself with breast pads. Consider what you'll do if you get miserably full. I bought an electric pump, pumped several times a day, and put the milk in the freezer.

once you're about 6 months, your body ought to commence to practice to commence milk production. usually round 7 months, you'll see "colostrum" both leaking or expressed from the nipples. it really is premilk, and for some females, it does not seem till after the start of your toddler. about 3-4 days after start, you'll sense your breasts growing engorged. this can reason your breasts to make higher 3-4 cases there unique length, and should be difficult, and extremely painful.

Actual milk doesn't start developing until a couple of days after the baby is born. What you have now is called colostrum. This is very nutritious for the baby and what he/she will eat for the first couple of days after birth. There is nothing to be concerned about. This is perfectly normal.

You are lucky, I didn't get milk in until 2 weeks after my baby was born, therefor couldn't breastfeed. It can come in now, it is the colostrum. Good luck!
