My 360 keeps freezing and i think i might need to contact ms about the problem.
so How do i contact microsoft about my 360? is there a website or phone number? plz help!

by the way i dont have the manual or anything my 360 is used at gamestop has no warrity (my mom would not buy the warrity) (suxs) -.-

You could try to contact Mircosoft at the number 1-800-4MY-XBOX. They can tell you what to do and what if any cost it will take to repair the console. The fact that you didn't buy a warrenty sucks, because now you have to pay to have the system repaired, as it sounds as if this system is on it way to becoming an expensive paperweight.

If there is no warranty, I dont think there is much you can do. That is probably the same reason you were able to buy it used. You should try and trade it in for another one..
