Have fun with it {they could always open a special section for those with cetain IQ's- so they could give each other kudo's all the time about how smart they are } the thing is an IQ # doesn't mean a lot in day to day life, we all know that there are those folks that have the really high IQ but can't have a normal conversation.......also, a high IQ doesn't mean that your opinion is any more relevant than that of someone with a lower IQ - what's next - require an IQ score minimum to be able to vote......?

A mix is best as that's what people do when communicating. One can have fun teaching or learning and it's intellectually stimulating to hear others opinions even if some are quite bazaar. The rude or somewhat twisted questions are easily passed over.

Just have fun with it. They should require that people not be complete tight asses and have the ability to take a joke, understand sarcasm and not get bent out of shape when someone doesnt agree with what they are saying.

Some of each. Many questions are the product of an idle mind (or one that does not want to be challenged).
Inquirers need sufficient savvy to recognize when someone is pulling their chain/leg/whatever.
