yes but you typically wont' feel it until about 4 1/2-5 months. Body size has nothing to do with feeling movement. But the more sensitive the body is to feelings, pain etc... the earlier you are more likely to feel it. You said 3 months, pregnancy is measured in weeks so how many weeks you are instead of months can make all the difference also. How many weeks are you or the pregnant party?

Yes a 3 month old fetus does move, however most women don't feel this movement because the baby is to small to make a forceful movement.

If you are talking about a baby, yes they move a lot. A 3 month old fetus moves a lot too, you just don't feel it yet.

3 months of pregnancy??
They move. My first moved at 10 weeks and my 2nd at 9 weeks. This one though is a late mover, she didn't kick me till 16 weeks.
If you just mean 3 months of age after birth then i'd be worried if they didn't move!

I assume you are talking about a unborn baby? Yes they do move and if your skinny you can feel it too.
I was 3 months along when I first felt it. It feels like butterflies.
