Would you believe THAT NIGHT?? Met and proposed and going on 25 years. Love, that is to say "married Love" is not something that you find its something that you make.

When I first met my husband I wouldn't say that I knew right away that he was the one but after a couple of months I did. He and I met one night and exchanged #'s. We lived an hour apart from each other so, for the first month or so all we did was conversate on the phone. That's how we really got to know each other. It's best to really get to know a person. We talked on the phone for about 2 months before we even met each other again. We talked everyday, I mean everyday. After about 6 months he asked me to marry him. We've been married now for 2 years. I can honestly say that it seems just like yesterday that we fell in love with each other.

No, I didn't "know" it when I first met him. I had met dozens of people in the years before, and I didn't have a habit of getting my hopes up too early in the game. I knew he was the person I wanted to be with after about 3 months. It's been 2 years since we met, and we are now married.

We met in June and were married in November of the same year. I knew about a month after I met him that he was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with and 10 years later, we are still going strong.

I had no idea my husband would be my husband when i met him. It was after 3 1/2 years that we decided to make the decision to marry.

My husband and I were business associates ( I was a sales rep, he was a buyer for a company I did business with) became platonic friends, then started dating regularly, we both realized we were most happy being together than apart, made a commitment, then got married 8 months later. I always thought, the "he is my best friend" was not realistic, but I can now say it is absolutley true. About 1 year for both of us to realize our relationship was a lifelong choice.

I believe it was about a month after we met and a couple of weeks before our first date. I had hopes, you know? On our first date he talked about marriage and kids and later told me he knew on that day. I didn't have the nerve to think so boldly, but I was hoping! Hoping! We got married a year and a half later.

You know the old saying, "You know when you know"? It's so true. I've been married once before and had three serious relationship since and I was starting to think that I was not capable of loving fully. And then I met the man I am with. I felt it the minute our eyes locked. I know it more and more every day. I sound so cheesy, I know!!! Of course, even though I know, relationships are still work! We still have to work at it daily, but I KNOW it's all worth it! :)

My husband fell in love with me at first sight. He played every game in the book and then some to make me his.
He was funny, kind and a really good cook. We dated but after 10 yrs and a lot of bad relationships I wasn't ready to get married. I was dating a couple of guys. Then one day, about 4 months later I woke up with him... shhh.. and I realized how loving he was. Had my coffee ready, a soft good morning kiss and a I love you, please be my wife. He had me. Good luck!
