To see your legs in your dream, signifies that you have regained confidence to stand up and take control again. It also implies progress and your ability to navigate through life. If your legs are weak, then you may be feeling emotionally vulnerable. To dream that you legs are wounded or crippled, signifies a lack of balance, autonomy, or independence in your life. You may be unable or unwilling to stand up for yourself. Perhaps you are lacking courage and refuse to make a stand. To dream that you have three or more legs, denotes that you are undertaking too many projects than you can handle. Unfortunately, you will find these projects to be unfruitful and a waste of time
To dream that you are in pain, signifies that you are being too hard on yourself with regards to a situation that was out of your control. It may also be a true reflection of real pain that exists somewhere in your body. Dreams can reveal and warn about health problems.
To dream that you or someone is handicap, symbolizes your own weakness and neediness. You are confronted with many challenges and need to utilize your full potential. Consider which part of your body is handicap and its symbolism. Alternatively, it suggests that you are becoming too arrogant for your own good. You need to be more humble.

Pain
To dream that you are in pain, signifies that you are being too hard on yourself with regards to a situation that was out of your control. It may also be a true reflection of real pain that exists somewhere in your body. Dreams can reveal and warn about health problems.
To dream that you are inflicting pain to yourself, indicates that you are experiencing some overwhelming turmoil or problems in your waking life. You are trying to disconnect yourself from your reality by concentrating on the pain that you inflicted to yourself.
"The message of “can’t hit,” “can’t run,” and “can’t walk” dreams always is the same. If we’re feeling depressed, if our confidence in ourselves is “sagging,” it’s time to identify the obstacles that stand in our path, and reassert our goals and desires. I am delighted to learn that you enjoy your work as much as you do. Your job most likely gives you a sense of support and accomplishment that you do not receive at home. As you work hard to build and establish your life away from your family, it is important that you find healthy, “normal” relationships with other people—who respect your work and personality. "

I don't know much about dreams, but if that turns into reality, you'd have conversion disorder, which is a form of mental trauma displaced into a physical symptom. In your case, your mental trauma would be formed into leg pain and have it paralyzed even if there is nothing wrong with your leg.

i wish i had more time i have to go somewhere. but i think it can be mean that while you sleep your leg might get numb(which we say sometimes its fall asleep). and when you try to move leg you can't. that's all i can understand. there might someone who can give you right answer. but i have been always told.. always ask God to make your dream good for you and protect you from its negativeness or harm.

Sounds like you're stuck in a situation and no one can help you. But you are the dreamer and you hold the key to the answer. When someone's answer hits the spot, that's probably close!!
