This is an interesting question and one that tends to be very controversial. I think while we should all have the right to our own bodies and what we do with them, shouldn't people use common sense and have a sense of responsibility for their actions and the outcome of those actions? Continuing to have child after child when the parents can't even afford to pay their own rent, is just irresponsible and almost cruel in my opinion. First and foremost, think about the children and the kind of life you can provide for them. If you are barely making enough to feed yourself, then don't have any more children that will have to suffer through with you. It is a moral responsibility I think and more people should stop to think before they act.

No there is no right. Rights are granted or provided through law (like the right to vote), or inalienable and granted by God (you know...life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness).

There is no right, inalienable or granted, for procreation.

Conversely, there are actually laws in some countries that limit procreation.

Still, even with all that said, people should be able to have as many children as they want and they can support, without being made to feel bad by others who may be pushing their own agenda.

Yes they do. Should they all have a right to breed at will? That's a different question. I know people who should never have become parents...ever...but they keep at it. And they don't seem to take care of the children they bring into the world. But who are we really to pass judgement?

Its not so much a right as it is free will. I mean, can you imagine if humans were like dogs and we went into heat? There's an awkward moment with the mailman, janitor, plumber...

Maybe in a socialist/communist society they could outlaw certain types of people from breeding, but while we still live in freedom, let's let freedom ring, ok?
