When I find myself longing for the younger years, I come to Y! Answers and read the questions that those in their teens and twenties post - and it makes me SO thankful for having already learned those lessons! I don't want to go back to before I had a little bit of wisdom. I'm in my mid-late 30's and am the happiest I've probably ever been. So, I'd have to say my 30's. You didn't tell us what age you'd choose to stay at?

I wouldn't want to be younger than I am at present UNLESS I could go back with the wisdom I have gained in the ensuing years. I'm 42 now.
That being the case, I would want to be 18 again! That's the age I made my BIGGEST mistake.........thinking I could find a husband, have children, and live happily ever after. I would go to College instead.
Of course, at the time, I had all the self-confidence of an irish potato. SOOOO, maybe it wouldn't make a difference anyway.
I guess the moral of this story is...........pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and go from here. Don't dwell in the past.

I had a great time at 26 and 32, but I'd have to say 32 was the BEST.
