1 gram of good coke will cost 50-60 euros.
But, no, it's not legal in Holland and you usually don't get good stuff from pushers in the streets. It's best to know a trusted dealer and have him come to your house for the "delivery".

Let's get this straight:
There are no legal drugs in Amsterdam or anywhere in the country (the Netherlands).
Soft drugs like canabis are tolerated (not legalized)
Cocaine is hard drugs, and definitely not legal.
If you wish to sniff flour, or soap, you can buy from the pushers in the red-light-district and the train-station-area. But it's a rip-off.
Anyone who gives you the name of a "trusted" cocaine dealer on this website, should be seriously mistrusted.
Enjoy a good smoke of canabis, you won't get ripped-off, and you won't get arrested............

No you cannot buy it legally, it is not even decriminalized. However, you will see plenty of pushers in the red light district trying to sell it to you but you can expect a bag of sand or worse. Stick to the weed is my advice.
