Your question is not very clear. If the pendulum is increased to four 4X its original length, does this equal an increase by a factor of 2? In any case, the longer the pendulum, the more time it takes to swing from one end of its natural arc to the other and the longer it will try to remain swinging. However, if its motion is restricted so the arc of a long one is the same as a short one, things will change. Consider the pendulum of a cuckoo clock. The further down on the the pendulum (effectively longer) the weight is set, (usually in the shape of a leaf), the slower the clock will run. In changing the length of the cuckoo clock, you may not be able to hear the difference. But over a long period of time ie several hours, ghe clock will gain or lose time. The same is true of a metronome. The higher the weight is set, (again, effectively longer) the slower the metronome runs and the longer between beats or ticks.
Good luck.
Bob.

The longer the pendulum, the longer its period.

Specifically, the time-period goes up by the square root of the length. To double the period you must make the pendulum 4 times as long; to triple the period you must make it 9 times as long; etc.

the formula for the time period of a pendulum is

t=2 pi sqrt of l/g
so time period increases whenever the lenght increase when the length increases by four fold the time period increases two fold

If it is designed that way for decency, I would like a short flowy skirt to be added. But this style is not lovely IMO
