i don't know if it is actually ILLEGAL...i'm thinking it is in some states. i think by that point it would have to be a partial birth abortion. because if you lose your baby before 20 weeks it is called a miscarriage, after is considered a stillbirth. i am against abortion in most cases anyway, but the WORST is a partial birth abortion...because by that point if a baby is actually BORN at that gestation it CAN live! not to mention the way the baby's life is terminated is totally appauling

There is usually a reason for them. But I honestly do not believe in them. By this time a baby has a significant chance of survival if born. I would hope that the women having this done would have to most pain in the world and find it hard to live with themself day to day. But if it were to cause a medical problem with the baby or the mother.. then that be the only way acceptable. But then if it were me I would take my chances and have the baby anyway.

No its not illegal, its called partial birth abortion and it really is a cruel procedure in which the babies head is pulled into the vaginal canal and then a instrument is jammed into the babies head and the brain is sucked out. Its never been proved but its been reported that the baby jumps in pain when they do this. Its just breaks my heart.
