since you are on your learners permit.....they might not allow you to have a license for 6 months. Not to sure what will happen to you. For the most part points stay with you but you are only held accountable for them up to 3 years. I have 4 points on mine that I got in 97-98 and they still show up. Could be cause my license is a CDL. Check with your states DMV

On the back of the ticket you can check a box to request defensive driving. Then depending on your state you might be able to take the class online, and the ticket will not show up on your driving record. The cost of the class and the fee to the court shouldn't exceed the ticket, but you can only take the class once a year.

if it goes on your record as a conviction then yes it will reflect points

if you get it deffered then you will pay and fine and be under probation-if you get another ticket within this time frame and you will have violated your defferment and the other one will reflect on your record as well as the new one you got to violate your defferment.

you can also take defensive driving but certain rules apply

call a lawyer and pay them to get it dismissed or deffered

That being said, What the hell are you doing getting in trouble before you get your full blown license. Take it easy you will only make your insurance rates sky rocket. Not to mention if you make this a habit they will pull your license.

rushing cost ticket together as nonetheless on a learner's enable? i'm stunned the officer did no longer execute you on the roadside. heavily, you probably did no longer do your self any favors. The State could refuse to license you and require greater time with the enable or some style of formal driving force's training. Oh, and there will be the rushing cost ticket fantastic. . . i anticipate you're on your discern's coverage. i'm specific they could have words with you correct to the unexpected bounce in top classification costs; you may study some new 4 letter words.
