i think princess i right on the dot... if you don't want to do surgery and injections... that's the way to go. a lip plumper.
people say it doesn't work? really now...
well i think it does. it does make lips look fuller and way poutier. just try it first.. if you don't like the lip plumpers then go more drastic and go for collagen enhancers....
but as from expeience.. the victoria secret plumpers do work. i mean your not gonna have the super fat lips angelina has but it does add a bit of pout.. and you feel it working. theres a numbness feeling... you'll see.. try it...

truthfully i think u hav to be born with full lips to hav a convincing angelina jolie lip look. the lip plumping, by injecting chemicals into your lips, can look unnatural and funny and sometimes fake. if you were born with thinner lips or u just want your lips fuller i suggest (i was born with full lips but one of my friends asked the same thing) a lip product like a lip color or lip gloss that will plump your lips or add depth make them look fuller especially the ones that giv u a lil tingly feeling to where u can tell its working. try Covergirls incrediFULL lipcolor, Ultas Lip plumping gloss that comes in clear or a pink, or Mark (by avon) lip plumping gloss.
Good luck!

Nope. Unless you are willing to get fat or collagen injected into your lips, then you won't ever have lips similar to hers. There are so-called "lip plumping" lipglosses out there, but they aren't really that effective. They use cinnamon oils and other things to make the lips redder and more "bee stung in appearance". Their effects are minimal at best. Your lips will appear redder, but not drastically larger. People want to believe these products really work, but they don't that well. Be happy with the lips you have.

I saw on Discovery Health that some doctors are now using think slices of cadaver skin through the lips... since it supposedly doesnt break down. Yuck - dead-people lips.

first rub your lips a bit to get you blood rushing around your lips then use a light colour lip liner and a lip colour to get you noticed before you add the colour apply a moisturiser to keep your lips from drying up
