it is not uncommon to be sore like that during the first month. Your body is full of hormones right now and adjusting to the new baby inside. Your breast normally get tender every month with your cycle, so your body is just doing as it normally would.

Yes, breast tenderness is perfectly normal through all stages of pregnancy. It differs from person to person. I myself came to relize I was pregnant because my breasts were so tender.
It can be felt as early as a few days after conception but watch out it's also a side affect of birth control.
