i know his full name and year of birth an last city he lived in- any ideas how i can find him- i have tried zabasearch and others with no such lucky any help would be great

im in the us btw- he was last known living in dixon, illinois however often spoke of moving to texas to get away from some bad people he became part of in illinois- he served soem time in jail an i thought they would have probabation records of where he lived but nobody seems to want to help me- its really important to me because i want to make sure hes still on the right track as he was when he got out and i also have his dog and he has a son he doesnt know about as it happened right before jail- he was realeased early as they realized they had wrongfully arrested him and all contact was dropped. my numbers had chagned he has my address but has no car or license i would just really love any ideas at all- thank you for all your help guys and a big thank you if i can find him...as in $$$ thank you. you really are great for helping.
