You don't draw a free hand painting-you just paint free hand (meaning without a drawing first).

To paint you will need a brush, paint, paper or canvas. Freehand means you are only using one hand to paint, while the other hand is free.

u can draw a free hand painting by your hand of course and without using any form of support........ the more you practise the better you will be at it.....
