I happened upon this site by accident, and feel compelled to answer this about constipation. I cannot address the issue of hair loss, but I have battled constipation for a good part of my life -- until I discovered something very simple about five years ago when I turned 50.
Every day, I eat 1/2 cup of Fiber One Cereal mixed with skim milk and 1/4 cup of ground flax seed. You must drink plenty of water throughout the day. I sometimes add fruit. The fiber is the trick, and it's better than taking a fiber pill.
You should probably start out easy, say with 1 TBS. of the flax and work your way up to 1/4 cup.
Fiber One has the highest content (or close to it) of fiber of all the cereals on the market. You can buy whole flax seed at any health food store (cheaper) or grocery store (more expensive). I buy the gold flax in bulk at a health food store, but the brown flax is just as good. I grind about a week's supply in my coffee bean grinder and store it in the freezer to keep it fresh.
This simple thing has literally changed my life.

A previous poster suggested exercise and a steady routine of healthy living. You can never go wrong with that.

i think their is problem with ur life style.
no proper exercise
no proper intake of food on time
mental tention
and may be a little bit of extra sexual activity

by doing exercise for 30-60min a day u can over come constpation easily with in 10 days and can also controle foul smelling gas by taking food in time with lots of water(2 ltrs/day).

for hair fall u have to be serious and start the above said things from today itself, because to controle hair fall minimum 60-90 days is required. u have to change ur life style be punctual with every things u do like eating food, sleeping, exercise etc.
