Happy Birthday!
If noone wants to take you out on your birthday, stay at home & cook something that you know you like & save up money for the nights festivities (drinking, dancing, whatever you like to do).

find a french restaurant - its really fancy and they make everything look amazing and taste that way too. None of the food is raw like japanese or korean. The only wierd things are frogs legs and snails - just skip that. All of the food has amazing herbs in it - thats why people go on about it - chicken cordon bleu , filet mignon

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
decide what your favorite type of food is or else just depending on what mood your in. Go to a restaraunt with that kind of food. But yes, go out to dinner, give yourself a birthday present!

On my Birthday I either go out and eat at a nice steak and Anchor, or I BBQ at home. Then again, my birthday is in August.
