Did you buy the parts? I would say about $100, if you had it done at the dealership they would charge you a lot more, parts+labor and that could be at least $300 if not more!! Your thanks should be enough, and maybe dinner?

Just call reputable repair shop,ask for estimate,which the can probably give ober phone.Then use this as basis for what to pay your friend.I would do it for one of my best friends for around $200

depend where you lived. southern calif. cost you about 450.00
