When I clean the entire house it takes me 3hrs tops. If my mother or sister does it it'll take them much longer. And the difference between my cleaning isn't that big. Ive also noticed this in many of my other family and friend's family.

I think it's because women are more concerned with cleanliness than men. They think that it reflects badly on them if their house is messy. I don't know. And some women notice the smallest little patches of dust that can't be seen by the naked eye. It's like they can smell dirt or something. I seem to be missing that gene, but I'v noticed it in some women.

Women have different standards of cleaning than men. Men don't get down on there knees to clean the corners to were a women would. We like the nice clean smell that comes with cleaning the whole house and then you know you can relax afterwards because you know that the house cleaning is done right.

Man-clean and woman-clean are two totally different things! My husband does about 1/3 of what I do when I "clean" the whole house. (I don't ***** though - if he's willing to do a guy-clean once in awhile I just sit back and enjoy the results and pretend that I don't know there is about 50 things he didn't do!)

We like to organize and clean deep.... My husband and i work together to clean and it takes us a while.... When you do it right it takes time... We dont rush and do it in a hurry. That is the key... I hate clutter too. We de clutter as well and move furniture and vacuum... I just think it is that we clean differently then what men usually do. But that is ok as each person cleans the way they want to.

Let me define it for you.
Men cleaning is, picking up dirty cloths, dishes, then some garbage of the tables.
Women cleaning is Picking up dirty cloths, dishes, mail, shoes, pens, paper, candy, garbage, everything really.
Then putting everything in is place. Then doing dishes, laundry, and putting them away. Washing down the furniture, sweeping, vacuuming, polishing.
In other words women detail. Men make it look decent.

We like to deep clean and do a complete job, so we don't have to do it over, like after men clean. do it right the first time
