You have a virus. Go to Trend Micro and run the free scan called Housecall. Pay attention to it thought. Sometimes it doesn't delete all the files, and you have to remove them manually. But it will tell you what files to remove, and where they are located.

Your computer is infected with virus. go in safe mode and run full virus scan. disable all the startup items.

windows liveone free scanner search t from mcrosoft site and i will solve your problem but you have to have service pack 2 instaled..
