You get them in their prime. Each has won the MVP, Defensive player of the year, led the league in Rebounding, Top Five in scoring, and each made there teammates better. Duncan has three rings, Robinson two. But remember Robinson played most of his career during the Jordan Era, nobody was going to when then.

I think that the two players played in different eras that highlighted each of their individual talents. I think that Robinson was a more finesse player, using his toughness on both the offensive and defensive ends. Duncan has more athletic ability and is able to use those abilities to out rebound people, and even more so dominate on the offensive end.
I would choose Duncan.

i do no longer ought to think of roughly it. that's a entire mismatch on the order of racing a Yugo against a formula a million motor vehicle. Duncan and Robinson might have such an hassle-free time of it. Did you ever see Duncan and Robinson fairly play together?!?

I would pick whoever was #3. I think Duncan is one of the worst "superstars" in NBA history, he is good because he has fundamentals and the NBA is so watered down. Robinson would be ahead of Duncan, but I would prefer to pick Kareem Abdul-Jabbar or Dwight Howard if I wanted to draft a C.

D-Rob never won a ring without TD.

TD won without D-Rob.

Gotta go with TD, but it's close...
