it is due to quantum mech. electron cloud and cooper pair formation if u want exact discription. But in terms of layman it is due to reason any opposing force to flow of electron which bind it to atom go to zero resulting in free flow of electrons.

superconductivity itself implies 0 resistance it is because at this state the electrons dont exist as such and are streamlined so they are offered no resistance at all by the nuclei so they can roam about freely offering no resistance to current

bcoz at absolute zero the kinetic energy of interatomic particles decreases to zero & therefore ressistivity of metals decreases to zero & in turn resistance also becomes 0.
