I had to do a capstone integrative project in which I had to combine material from every class I took throughout my years (no matter the subject) into a paper in which I created a model program in my field and supported it with research.

The project was about 70 pages long and made some mention of every single class topic I had undertaken. It was huge and time-consuming, but incredibly rewarding. I keep a copy of it in my office now to remind me that I can do anything.

To top it off, I had to defend my project orally to a jury. The dean of the college chaired my jury panel and it was intimidating, but I walked out of there knowing I had nailed it.
