If you are looking for a formal dress, I would go to a wedding shop. I was able to find an amazing prom dress that was much better and more unique than anything at Macy's or JCPenny. Plus, I can wear it again to any other formal event! It wasn't even that much more expensive!
As far as more casual dresses go, I am sure someone else has a better idea! I don't wear dresses regularly!

If money is not a problem I would go to Black and White store. They always have beatiful dresses. Now, if you are looking for a colorful dress , disregard this message. :)

Dillards has really cute dresses! Thats where i go to get them for a formal occasion

well u should try
1)target...they have such good dresses for reasonable prices
2)jc pennys....they have cute dresses and best to shop is when they have a sale going on
3)or try delias go to delias.com i know u will fall in luv with the store
