not sure but i think internet advertising have crossed TV media ..So i would say top 3 will be

Do you mean creatively or by size?
The biggest ones would be (in no particular order):
-Ogilvy
-J Walter Thompson
-Young & Rubicam
-TBWA
-Satchi
-McCann
-Publicis
-BBDO
There are surely some big agencies in Asia but I am not familiar with that market. Again I stress the fact that the agencies I listed are in the top 10 sizewise, but you have some smaller shops that are way more creative.

Don't know the top ten also cant assure the order but the few are
WPP
O & M
HTA
Two years ago there was a huge merger of the ad companies of which WPP became the largest in size.

Total billing?
Number of clients?
Number of offices?
Number of countries in which they operate?
Number of employees?
Creative awards?
