Some humans are born hemaphrodites; that is, they have parts of both male and female sexual organs. This can be caused by birth defects, abnormal development while a baby is still developing inside the womb. Usually, babies with this condition are given surgery and sometimes medications to "assign" them one gender or the other. Many do not find out until years later.

yes, some people are just born that way, and i feel bad for them, but other just get surgery to become a hermaphrodite so yes, there are real and artificial hermaphrodite human beings
