what will come into your mind after somebody mentioned south dakota?
just curious.It's okay for you to know little about the state.I just wanna know what you will think of.

Mount Rushmore, the movie Dances With Wolves, and a funny story I heard a long time ago.
Don't ask me when, maybe in the 1960's? The govt found errors in the survey of the border between North and South Dakota, and sent out a crew to survey a correct line. One man was interviewed by a newspaper after the new survey moved the border on the other side of his house, and he was now a resident of South Dakota. He said something like "Good, those North Dakota winters are too bitter."
Funny the things you can remember years afterwards.

Wide open space with room to move. Rolling hills and bluffs covered in green grass and wheat. Clean air, no pollution. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Extremely friendly people. I love South Dakota...it's one of the last unspoiled landscapes in America.
