None. The changes are a result of mutation, selection, isolation/genetic drift. Now that you've accepted that, here are some of the changes:

Other changes to the leg, of course.
Notice that our feet don't look like a chimp's.
Our legs are longer.
Our upper legs are disproportionately longer.
We have big buttock muscles ("glutes").

It looks like we have an ancestor who could run upright, as we seem to be balanced for that activity.

There are theories attributing mental advances to the bi-pedal gait. With the hands free, early hominids were freed to use tools to a greater degree and for more complex tasks.

Enlarged cranial cavity, reduction in size of brow bone, reduction in size of mandible, opposable thumb... there are many changes.
