Endometriosis treatment; IUI, ICSI and Laparoscopic surgery is very cheap in India. The cost is very low and the medical services are very good in India.
My cousin and her husband got their IVF treatment in India through the Forerunners Healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is a known case of PCOS.She is a very happy mother of a baby boy now. She just paid 2500 pounds for the full IVF treatment in India for which she was quoted 8000 pounds in private setup in UK.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. I read a lot about them in the newspapers. I have also read about a Chinese couple who planned surrogacy through the Forerunners Healthcare. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery and infertility treatment like IVF, IUI, and ICSI abroad for low price. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery and treatment can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

I suffered with endometriosis for 4 yrs after the birth of my twins. I had continual pain during sex, thought for sure I was going to bleed to death, became anemic, tried hormones and conservative methods. Story ends with me having a complete hysterectomy at the age of 27, not sad, didn't want anymore kids anyway, still a woman just like everyone else except I don't have to worry about kids, cervical/uterine cancer. Yes, you can sometimes just remove the uterus and save the ovaries so you don't go into menopause, but for me the endometriosis was layered all through my lower abdomen and wrapped in and around the ovaries so there was no choice. I am now 50 and have never regretted getting the hysterectomy, no pain, no worry. Take care and good luck.

I have it. A hysterectomy wont cure endometriosis unless everything is taken out. I tried birth control to regulate and lighten my periods-4 diff types of pills plus pain meds. I ended up having a d&c and an endometrial ablation. The ablation led to a hyseterectomy because I started bleeding inside the uterus and it wasnt stopping so I had a hysterectomy but only had my uterus and cervix taken out. When it should be time for my periods I still have a lot of pain in the lower back because the ovaries are still in and its what produces the endomerium. Try birth control and then try the ablation. They didnt discover mine until i had my tubes tied but he said with as bad as mine was i had to have had it awhile. I am only 22. I have managed to have 4 kids with no problems. If you would like more info on my experience please feel free to contact me.

I had adenomyosis which is a form of endometriosis. I have 3 children so when they diagnosed me and said that hysterectomy was the only cure. I said take it out. I was 26. I told them I wasn't going to have more children. I had already had a tubal. My doctor fought with the insurance company and we won. It was the best thing I ever did. I still have my ovaries and I have "periods" each month but no bleeding

Infertility can be caused by a huge number of factors: hormone imbalance, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Endometriosis, Anovulatory Cycles, physical blockage, inadequate hormone production, short luteal phase, lack of lutenizing hormone, high levels or prolactin, and many others. How to get pregnant https://tr.im/sQNNe
Poor nutrition often plays a major role, as does exposure to toxins. Age plays less of a role before menopause than was originally thought. While there are many wonderful naturally minded fertility specialists out there, in many cases it is not possible for them to test for and address any of these possible underlying issues.

I found out about 4 years ago at the age of 25 that I had endo. i had a laproscopic surgery done to confirm that it was endo. I tried different meds and the lupron injection. Nothing helped. I ended up having a hysterectomy about 6 months later.

i had enometriosis also, but since i had a tubal ligation 6 years ago, knowing i didn't want more than 3 children, my options after the laporoscopy was to try the pill for awhile, but it just got worse, so i did have a hysterectomy after a months of trying the pill.

Was diagnosed with endometriosis appx 1 year ago and had laproscopy done. I was told after surgery that I have just a few years to have another child as emdometriosis returns relatively quickly.
