I interviewed for a job on January 12. They told me I would hear from them the following week or in 10 days. It's past that. Should I call? What do I say?

Sure, you don't to be left hanging. Call, reintroduce yourself, ask if the position has been filled. If it has not, remind them that you are still interested and available. "

Carly's answer is spot on! There are a myriad of reasons why you might have not received the call. To avoid any confusion or misconception, send a thank you after the interview, and express your interest, on future interviews and then follow up with a phonecall on the day after the next agreed checkpoint has passed.
