I want to create a street fighter kind of game but I cant find any program to do so where can I get one.

you can try flash. But if you dont know the program then you are screwd since you are asking this question im thinking you dont know much about computer programming. If you are a commputer programmer than you should know that flash is most popular for gaming online.
