Sunset: 5:18pm

Technically, sunset is when the sun first touches the horizon.
So, even though sunset may be 5:18pm
it will stay light outside for at least another 30min.
Between 5:45 and 6:00pm the sun will be below the horizon.

It's winter but closer to March than to December so go with a gradual sunset between 3:30-5 pm - but you can't see it in most of London anyway (unless you go sit on the West coast or on a very high up structre).

Its a bit hard to tell that just yet, but if you keep looking at the BBC weather website you will get a general idea. At the moment the sun is setting at around 4.50pm, so I would think around the 17th Feb the sun will be setting between 4.30 - 4.50, but like I said keep checking the website to get a rough idea
