because many people have children and there is no way we want our kids to not have milk. besides even if there is no fridge there is always the snow outside to put the milk in. (no fridge because of a power outage.)

They are afraid the farmers won't be able to find the cows in the snow and there will be a shortage. Who knows? Mention snow on the weather and skatey eight million people suddendly rush to the stores to buy stuff. I think the weather men get a kickback myself.
