Sounds like immigration only to me....and I think that you should be ashamed of yourself...talk about arranged marriage maybe that is legal and customary in your country but that custom fell by the way when the early settlers inhabited Canada...Personally I think this should be reported to Canadian and American Immigration but I'm hoping really hoping that you aren't just doing this just to get citizenship but I have my doubts there must be am abundance of lovely women in your own country that would be happy to be your wife.....So get married and go through the proper channels to become a Canadian or American citizen just like everyon else.

* If ethnic background so permits it, have an arranged wedding.
* Bribe her.
* Strike an agreement with her / offer a substantial upfront payment.
