Usually if someone says they do not love you it is a pretty good indication that they do not love you.

I'm thinking if you have to ask if someone loves you or if they for some reason tell you they don't love you I think it's pretty clear they do not love you. Sorry kiddo this is not a case of actions speak louder than words

When someone says they do not love you, take them at their word and leave it at that. It's too messed up of a game otherwise.

If they continue to do things for you or if you call them out of the blue and they answer they have some kind of love for you
